Stark Solar Semi has entered into a Strategic Cooperation engagement with Songyu Technology, underpinning the equipment and process-technology layer of the 1.3 GW flagship cell project in Hyderabad. Songyu brings deep manufacturing expertise in solar cell and semiconductor equipment, including advanced deposition and passivation tooling. The cooperation covers equipment selection, cell-line integration, technology transfer and localisation pathways, and long-term after-sales technical support — ensuring that factory performance is sustained well beyond commissioning.

National Group / NGAF

Cleanroom & Filtration Solutions for India

Stark Solar Semi has formalised a Strategic Partnership with National Group / NGAF for cleanroom solutions across its Indian manufacturing programmes. NGAF delivers turnkey cleanroom design and execution, including Fan Filter Unit (FFU) systems, HEPA and ULPA filtration, air purification and pressure-cascade engineering, cleanroom panels and gowning integration, and intelligent monitoring and control systems. The partnership ensures that controlled-environment infrastructure meets the stringent particulate and contamination standards required for advanced solar cell and semiconductor manufacturing.

Top Ingot & Wafer Turnkey Solution Provider

Ingot & Wafer Manufacturing Equipment Ecosystem

Stark Solar Semi is engaged with a leading ingot and wafer turnkey solution provider for the upstream solar manufacturing layer. The partnership covers the full ingot-to-wafer equipment chain — from Czochralski monocrystalline ingot growth through wafer slicing and diamond wire saws, ingot machining and squaring, and automation-linked factory systems. The relationship supports smart factory integration for ingot and wafer lines and enables turnkey ingot-to-wafer factory concepts that are bankable, scalable, and execution-ready.

Jiangsu Shike Technology

UPW, Process Piping, Specialty Gas & Chemical Systems

Stark Solar Semi's association with Jiangsu Shike Technology anchors the Process Utilities layer of its manufacturing platform. Shike delivers Ultra Pure Water (UPW) systems, process piping and chemical delivery infrastructure, specialty gas distribution and gas cabinets, VMB BSGS CDM systems, nitrogen generation and exhaust infrastructure, and electromechanical installation and purification workshop support. Together, these capabilities ensure that the utility backbone of every Stark factory meets the purity, reliability, and safety standards demanded by advanced cell and semiconductor production.

Tier-1 Engineering Company

Factory Layout, Structural Design & Execution Engineering

Stark Solar Semi is in advanced discussions with a Tier-1 engineering company for factory design and industrial planning capability. The association scope covers plant layout development and sectional drawings, workshop zoning and structural planning, process-to-building coordination, cleanroom integration and equipment placement, utility corridor planning, and expansion-ready factory architecture — ensuring operational efficiency from day one with clear sightlines to future expansion.

Smart Factory & Intelligent Manufacturing Systems

Semi-Tech adds the intelligent manufacturing layer to the Stark platform — the systems that connect machines, processes, people, and data into a single closed-loop control environment. Semi-Tech delivers MES, APS, ERP, and PLM integration; EAP, WMS, and RFID traceability; production dashboards and process monitoring; quality, yield, and equipment maintenance management; BI dashboards and AI-driven optimisation; and closed-loop manufacturing control.

BESS Module & Pack Assembly Automation

Stark Solar Semi is in final-stage agreement review with a Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed automation specialist for BESS module and pack assembly. The partnership scope covers fully-automated BESS module and pack assembly lines, a 17-station process from cell loading through to PACK end-of-line testing, SCADA real-time data and quality traceability, ESD-protected layouts with fire suppression and controlled storage, and fast changeover capability (~30 minutes) enabling strong product flexibility across cell formats and pack configurations.
